The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Care role is onsite in Coeur d’Alene, ID, with care provided in clients’ homes and, as described, sometimes in an institution such as a hospital. The role provides personal care and assistance according to a care plan, observes and documents client conditions and services, and reports changes to the Care Designer or nurse. What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, peri-care, feeding assistance, vital-sign recording, skin care, range-of-motion support, walking and transfers, and assistance with self-administration of medication
• observe and report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• follow infection-control precautions
• transport clients to appointments, activities, and shopping
• and respond appropriately in emergencies. The posting states the CNA does not administer medication or perform nursing procedures outside the care plan and role limitations.
