The Executive Clinical Director, Youth and Teen Residential Treatment role is onsite in East Bethel, MN. The starting salary range is $125,000–$135,000 annually. The position supports Nexus Family Healing’s youth and teen psychiatric residential treatment facility and its mission to close gaps in care and create brighter futures. As the agency’s senior clinical leader, the director provides strategic oversight of clinical, treatment, mental health and associated medical services. The role advances safe, evidence-based care, regulatory and accreditation readiness, positive client outcomes, staff development and program goals.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical services, treatment programs and clinical decision-making
• ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed care
• oversee assessments, treatment planning, case management, discharge planning and continuity of care
• collaborate with medical and psychiatric providers
• lead quality assurance, compliance, documentation and performance improvement
• supervise and develop clinical staff
• partner with organizational leadership
• liaise with families, referral sources, regulators, payers and community partners
• support census management, utilization review and authorization processes.
