This manager sells in the field while recruiting, training, and coaching representatives, developing a personal and team sales pipeline, and coordinating with operations and support teams to grow the market.

What you'll do

• Sell roofing and storm restoration services through door-to-door outreach, networking, canvassing, and referrals
• build a personal pipeline and develop the Las Vegas team
• recruit, interview, onboard, train, and coach sales representatives
• conduct roof inspections, document storm damage, and guide homeowners through insurance claims
• track team activity and performance
• coordinate with operations, leadership, recruiting, and support teams.
