What you'll do

• Perform personal care activities assigned by an RN, including assistance with hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers
• help maintain a clean and safe environment
• measure fluid intake and output and take temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure
• keep records of care activities
• observe changes in appearance or behavior and report them to the RN.
