Job overview

The Skilled Fabricator role is onsite in Silver Creek, NY, with pay of $20–$25 per hour and a schedule of 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Carrier Process Equipment Group designs and manufactures custom bulk processing equipment for a range of industries.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret engineered blueprints
• build custom equipment using measuring tools and hand tools
• weld carbon and stainless steel using GMAW, GMAW-P, and GTAW processes
• fabricate code-stamped vessels to ASME requirements
• develop fixtures and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency
• improve stainless steel surface and weld finishes.
