What you'll do

• Cut, strip, and terminate wires to specifications
• crimp terminals, connectors, and splices
• assemble harnesses and cable assemblies using protective coverings and fasteners
• interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• use samples and prototypes to verify assembly
• perform basic quality checks and testing
• identify process improvements
• maintain an organized work area and follow safety protocols.
