What you'll do

• Research current and prospective donors’ capacity, affinity, and inclination to give
• conduct wealth screening and validation
• identify new prospects
• partner with gift officers and fundraising teams on cultivation and solicitation strategies
• maintain prospect information in the CRM
• support moves-management practices and training
• develop best-practice materials.
