What you'll do

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room and housekeeping staff
• lead sales while Manager on Duty, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and completing lease signings
• manage labor and supply budgets and expenses
• schedule staff according to census and budgets
• provide customer service and support restaurant-style dining
• coordinate with the Executive Chef and General Manager or Executive Director
• review menus and coordinate room service where applicable
• support inspections, quality checks, and life-safety rules
• train staff on company standards
• act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager or Executive Director is off site.
