Community Manager — Manufactured Home Community

The Community Manager — Manufactured Home Community role is onsite in Fenton, MO, and pays $20–$22 per hour. The position oversees day-to-day operations of an established manufactured home community for Horizon Land Company. The manager serves as a primary contact for residents and prospective residents while coordinating leasing, collections, maintenance, and property standards. This work supports a welcoming community experience and helps preserve the property’s condition and value.

What you'll do

• Build resident relationships and address concerns
• enforce community rules and follow up on violations
• process applications and leases
• conduct background checks and show available homes
• collect rent and prepare deposits
• issue notices and support court and eviction processes related to delinquent accounts
• oversee maintenance, infrastructure, common areas, contractors, and community inspections.
