What you'll do

• Develop and implement intellectual property strategies
• advise cross-functional research and development and business teams on IP matters
• draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide directly and through outside counsel
• challenge and defend patents in inter partes review, opposition, interference, and other post-grant proceedings
• conduct prior-art searches, analyze third-party patent positions, and perform due diligence for business development.
