What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes, guest requests, portion standards, and food-safety procedures
• use and clean kitchen equipment
• stock and rotate products
• maintain kitchen, prep, cooler, and storage cleanliness
• communicate product, service, equipment, and safety issues
• assist with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness.
