What you'll do

• Lead and manage preconstruction and estimating teams
• prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates
• coordinate budgets and schedules
• communicate project progress and cost or design issues to clients
• lead value engineering and constructability reviews
• support contract and subcontractor negotiations and purchasing
• oversee project turnover to operations
• review invoices and support billing.
