What you'll do

• Load and unload freight using a forklift or electric pallet jack
• pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers
• use document management systems to track shipment locations
• communicate with terminal personnel and drivers
• maintain a flexible schedule that may include day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• follow safety rules and provide customer-focused service.
