Accurate records, timely document follow-up, and coordination of internal tasks help cases progress and prepare materials for the team.

What you'll do

• Assist case managers with pre-litigation case support and file management
• organize case files, correspondence, and documentation
• request, track, and follow up on records and client information
• communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
• update case notes in the case management system
• coordinate internal tasks and deadlines
• assist with demand packages and other pre-litigation materials as needed
• provide general administrative support.
