The work supports accurate, timely medication care without a retail counter, drive-through, or constant customer interruptions.

What you'll do

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
• collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals
• review medication therapies, interactions, and clinical concerns
• maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers
• administer long-acting injectable medications as needed
• participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives
• provide accurate and timely care with the pharmacy team.

Why this role

LTC experience is not required; training on the pharmacy’s systems and care model is offered. Requires a PharmD and an active Oklahoma pharmacist license or ability to obtain one before starting. Sundays and major holidays are closed.
