Loading and Shipping Associate

Job overview

The Loading and Shipping Associate works onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, on a Monday–Friday day schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; starting pay is $22 per hour. Midland Garage Door has served the garage door industry for more than 45 years. Working with a team of three to four, the associate prepares orders for shipment by identifying products, moving orders to trailer staging, pre-pulling items, and safely hand-loading trailers. Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be available or required as stated in the posting.

What you'll do

• Identify products associated with orders
• locate orders and transfer them to the trailer staging area
• pre-pull products such as springs, track, struts, and vinyl
• use safe lifting and loading procedures to manually load trailers
• use hand or power tools when needed.
