Sales Coordinator and Documentation Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter and confirm sales orders and provide status updates
• prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, mill test certificates, and trade paperwork
• coordinate with customers, mills, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
• track shipments and communicate delays
• maintain transaction records
• support pricing updates, inventory checks, and customer follow-up.
