What you'll do

• Direct and oversee line personnel during changeovers, sanitization, and teardown
• monitor machine efficiency and product quality
• back up the supervisor and other department positions as assigned
• complete production reporting and data collection
• balance labor and oversee shift work-order activities
• verify materials are scanned into work orders
• conduct safety and quality audits
• maintain production standards and housekeeping
• follow lockout/tagout procedures.
