• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout
• coordinate superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement, documentation, risks, and reporting
• promote safety and quality
• manage subcontractor performance and issue resolution
• communicate with clients
• monitor financial performance and escalate risks.
