Security Officer

What you'll do

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance systems, and AI-assisted detection platforms
• perform advanced CCTV monitoring and live tracking
• conduct archival video review
• receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations
• maintain incident logs and alarm classifications
• utilize AVERT workflows and ticketing systems
• conduct first-level troubleshooting
• provide situational awareness updates
• assist with post-incident reporting.
