What you'll do

• Oversee hyperscale data center electrical construction projects
• manage performance, schedule, budget, labor, and profitability
• coordinate meetings and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documents
• resolve construction challenges and coordinate field installation
• manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, workforce planning, billing, safety, quality, costs, change orders, and progress reports
• coordinate with BIM/VDC teams.
