What you'll do

• Cook meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products
• prepare and portion ingredients before cooking
• plate and garnish cooked items
• prepare garnishes for hot menu plates
• use and maintain major kitchen equipment
• communicate with managers and kitchen and dining-room personnel.
