What you'll do

• Set inventory-control direction and process strategy
• own KPI health and enterprise initiative execution
• serve as an intermediary between distribution-center operations and corporate senior leadership
• develop and hold inventory-control team members and site-level managers accountable for performance
• build and implement inventory-control strategy, SOPs, process improvements, and enterprise rollouts
• identify cross-DC inventory patterns and develop data-grounded corrective strategies
• prepare and deliver inventory performance presentations to director- and executive director-level audiences.
