What you'll do

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as appropriate
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• shop and run errands
• report changes in client condition to a supervisor
• document care according to agency requirements
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, eating, home management, ambulation, and transfers.
