Assistant Manager — Kitchen Operations

The manager leads daily kitchen execution, staff training, inventory, food quality, and sanitation. When kitchen staffing allows, the role may also support broader venue operations and serve as Manager on Duty based on business needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare pizzas and fried menu items
• maintain food quality, service speed, and consistency
• follow recipes and procedures
• manage prep and product levels
• train and coach kitchen staff
• manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and waste
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• and support front-of-house or broader venue operations when needed.
