• Build professional relationships with clients
• assist with admissions, orientations, and intake
• complete shift reports and checklists
• facilitate orientation groups
• de-escalate challenging situations
• conduct regular headcounts
• monitor family visits
• support medical staff during medication pass when applicable
• maintain facility cleanliness
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• protect client confidentiality.
