What you'll do

• Lead engineering design, technical strategy, and delivery of high- and extra-high-voltage substation projects
• prepare and review physical design packages, equipment specifications, plans, and bills of materials
• perform and review substation studies and calculations
• provide construction support and interdisciplinary coordination
• perform quality assurance and quality control across project deliverables
• lead, mentor, and supervise engineers, designers, and technical staff
• develop project pursuits, manage client relationships, and support bid and execution-phase services.
