Interpretation Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule and manage onsite, over-the-phone, and video remote interpretation assignments
• serve as a contact for clients and interpreters
• review interpreter qualifications, credentials, and assignment requirements
• maintain schedules and assignments in the interpretation portal and other tools
• assist with applicant screening, credential review, onboarding, and training
• respond to urgent requests and resolve scheduling conflicts
• maintain documentation, reports, timesheets, and data entry while following confidentiality requirements
• collaborate with sales and operations.
