Service Account Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate new service agreement meetings and setup
• schedule, monitor, and document preventive maintenance visits
• review and send deliverable reports
• maintain service contract and quote records
• coordinate follow-up visits
• assist Sales with quotes
• maintain customer relationships
• oversee service agreement financials and review quarterly reports with management
• supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
