Residential and Multi-Family Cleaner

What you'll do

• Complete move-out, move-in, and turnover cleans
• deep-clean kitchens and bathrooms
• dust and clean fixtures, trim, blinds, and surfaces
• vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• clean windows and glass
• remove trash and leftover items
• follow work orders and checklists
• report damage, maintenance, or pest issues
• track supplies and care for equipment
• secure properties
• communicate with clients and team members.
