What you'll do

• Defend employers in complex employment litigation and class actions, including discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenant, and wage-and-hour disputes. Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, and agency position statements
• develop litigation strategies
• manage matters through all phases
• advise on workplace policies and employment issues
• and maintain client relationships.

Why this role

Requires 5–7 years of employment litigation and class action experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and admission to the Washington Bar. Workplace counseling experience is preferred.
