What you'll do

• Check entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• calculate and verify formula ingredients
• visually inspect compounded lots and individual prescriptions
• make pharmacist clarification calls
• counsel patients
• guide providers on appropriate therapy and dosing. An active Arizona pharmacist license and a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD are required.
