What you'll do

• Welcome arriving patients
• answer phones and communicate the practice’s philosophy
• obtain and verify insurance information and eligibility
• review treatment plans, timelines, and financial arrangements
• schedule appointments and maintain productive schedules
• fill late cancellations with quick-call patients
• check out patients, collect payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
• maintain computer records
• coordinate referrals and correspondence with other offices
• keep the reception and front office neat and welcoming.
