General Construction Administrator

Job overview

General Construction Administrator is an onsite role in Rochester, NY, with a starting base salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year. The administrator supports construction estimating, project management, field personnel, clients, and the commercial department by coordinating project records, expenses, billing documentation, purchasing, and closeout materials. The work helps project teams maintain accurate records and move commercial construction projects through their administrative processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with office and field staff on company policies and procedures
• assist project managers with reporting and paperwork
• create and maintain Service Titan project files
• enter labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other job expenses
• facilitate commercial warranty processing
• prepare AIA submittal documents and invoices after approvals
• support submittals and closeout documentation
• catalog equipment model and serial numbers
• assist with KPI data entry
• issue purchase orders
• support commercial installation leads and small projects.
