What you'll do

• Lead academic, operational, and personnel functions for the division
• coach faculty on curriculum and pedagogy
• oversee student academic, social, and emotional well-being and progress reporting
• support teacher development and evaluate performance
• communicate with parents
• participate in school leadership and strategic planning
• support admissions
• ensure licensing and accreditation compliance
• coordinate program budgets and materials
• recruit, hire, develop, and retain faculty and staff.

Why this role
