What you'll do

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
• answer basic dealership questions and direct customers to the appropriate department
• notify employees when customers are waiting and make introductions
• answer and route incoming calls or take messages
• record customer information in dealership software
• enter prospect data and run weekly reports
• maintain the showroom and waiting area
• provide brochures and assist with clerical tasks.
