Corporate Attorney

The Corporate Attorney role is hybrid, with work locations in Frederick, Maryland; Murray, Utah; or Austin, Texas. The stated salary range is $175,000–$225,000 per year. The attorney serves as a legal partner to client organizations and executive leaders, advising on contracts, governance, risk, compliance, and business initiatives. The role helps clients manage legal exposure and support business operations and growth through practical guidance and coordination with external counsel when needed.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• advise on contracting strategies and legal and business risks
• support corporate governance, entity maintenance, board resolutions, and corporate records
• advise executive leadership and internal stakeholders on business initiatives and transactions
• support due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, restructures, and partnerships
• coordinate with external counsel
• assist with insurance renewals, compliance initiatives, policies, and process improvements.
