What you'll do

• Greet patients and answer calls professionally
• register patients and create or update electronic medical record accounts
• collect self-pay payments and insurance copays
• schedule surgery department and outreach provider appointments
• verify active insurance
• maintain assigned Patient Access work queues
• collaborate with other departments
• protect patient confidentiality and support quality improvement.
