Participant Coordinator — Customer Service

Job overview

The Participant Coordinator works in person in Hartford, CT, for 35 hours per week and earns $24–$26 per hour. The role supports Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery’s hosted training programs and participants, including people in recovery. The coordinator manages participant support from initial contact through training completion, provides coaching and guidance, and handles enrollment, materials, certificates, feedback, and administrative processes. The role helps participants navigate training offerings and supports effective program delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service throughout participants’ involvement with CCAR Training
• manage registration, payment, workbook delivery, prework, and certificates
• monitor enrollment
• coach participants on the Recovery Coach Professional Designation and related procedures
• maintain training platforms and databases
• review participant feedback
• troubleshoot concerns
• collaborate with finance and support organizational needs.
