What you'll do

• Lead installation of epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems
• grind, repair, and prepare concrete surfaces
• mix and apply coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• maintain workmanship standards and a clean, organized job site
• communicate professionally with homeowners
• help train and mentor newer installers.
