Job overview

The Overnight Kitchen Team Member role is onsite in Pontiac, IL, with compensation of $16–$18 per hour. The schedule is 10 PM–6 AM, 40 hours per week. Wally’s food service operation prepares and serves fresh food for guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards
• clean, sanitize, and organize workstations and equipment
• assist with food preparation and menu assembly during busy periods
• restock, rotate, and organize ingredients using FIFO practices
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• and communicate with kitchen teammates and leaders.
