What you'll do

• Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate custodial and trades personnel
• set priorities, develop schedules, troubleshoot problems, and allocate resources. Oversee office and restroom cleaning, carpet shampooing and vacuuming, tile stripping and buffing, dispenser maintenance, and spill response. Ensure employees are qualified and trained, build customer relationships, and manage the allocated departmental budget. Variable schedule and overtime may be required.
