What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
• set departmental priorities and accountability
• develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, and change management
• guide recruiting and talent pipeline development
• support employee development and leadership training
• advise managers on employee relations and performance matters
• lead sensitive investigations
• ensure employment-law compliance
• oversee compensation, benefits, HR systems, vendors, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and performance management.

Why this role
