What you'll do

• Gather weekly hours from timekeeping sources
• manipulate data in Excel for payroll import
• enter data into Avionte
• verify entries and process pay
• prepare weekly and monthly reports
• create, verify, and send customer invoices
• answer invoice questions and resolve issues
• handle office calls and work verifications
• maintain Avionte and wage-and-hour law knowledge
• protect confidential information.
