What you'll do

• test-drive vehicles with customers as needed or refer to a test technician
• review service history and recommend needed service
• provide written estimates and promised times
• obtain signatures and payment information
• monitor repair progress and secure authorization for additional work
• review and close repair orders
• maintain vehicle parking and key procedures
• keep service forms and pricing guides current
• and explain completed work and charges.
