The intern learns shift setup and close, guest service, inventory and scheduling support, beverage service, and quality and safety practices alongside the F&B Manager and Supervisor.

What you'll do

• Support the F&B Manager and Supervisor during daily shifts
• greet guests and respond to requests or concerns
• learn setup, breakdown, cash handling, and outlet security
• help track stock and supplies and assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• learn wine selections and service
• monitor service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
