What you'll do

• Welcome clients and check them in for classes
• assist with scheduling and manage calls, emails, and inquiries
• maintain an organized front desk
• facilitate class transitions
• support daily checklists and studio appearance
• book, cancel, and reschedule classes
• maintain member records in MindBody Online
• maintain and re-merchandise retail displays
• receive and transfer inventory
• support studio operations and TA LIVE setup and streaming.
