What you'll do
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
