Replenishment Planner — Bike

The Replenishment Planner — Bike role is hybrid in Cottonwood Heights, UT, with three days per week in the office; remote candidates within the United States are also considered. The role exists to keep core and never-out-of-stock products available while limiting excess inventory. Demand, inventory, and vendor lead-time analysis informs purchase orders and helps protect sales and margin.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end replenishment for assigned categories and place purchase orders based on forecast demand, inventory, and vendor lead times
• optimize multi-source supply
• set reorder points, minimum and maximum levels, safety stock, order multiples, and review cycles
• monitor inventory and vendor metrics
• run weekly exception reports and recommend actions
• coordinate with vendors on availability, late shipments, short-ships, and performance
• improve tools, reports, and automation.
