What you'll do
- Oversee camp programming across STEM, life skills, outdoor education, challenge, mentoring, and specialty areas
- coach staff on activity facilitation and camper engagement
- maintain safety practices and program standards
- coordinate schedules, materials, timing, and staff coverage
- observe activities, help staff manage transitions, troubleshoot issues, and support inclusive camper experiences.
